Member Profile: The Alaska Chapter of the national organization, Romance Writers of America, is a nonprofit that focuses on developing and encouraging writing among its members, published and unpublished. The chapter offers monthly meetings and critique groups, mentorships, retreats, conferences, seminars, book signings, media relations, and contests--as well as hosting one contest a year.
